These silos are used for the storage of polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene pellets.
The very high-volume silos (from 2 to 500 m³) are made to measure and can therefore be adapted to the architecture of your buildings.

FLEXIBLE SILO FOR THE STORAGE
OF LOW DENSITY PRODUCTS

The silos are made up of :

1. A flexible silo made with different technical fabrics that vary according to the nature of the products that will be stored :

• All cloths that conduct static electricity and that can be very permeable to air, for example to enable expanded polystyrene beads to breathe during maturation.
• “Anti-dust” cloth is used for silos intended for the storage of shredder residue either alone or mixed with virgin beads.

      Each silo is fixed to a frame by basic frame type fasteners or can be tied.

2. A metal frame :

• Tubes with a round, square or rectangular section.
• Painted or hot-galvanised
• Deliverable in kit form complete with assembly instructions, or assembled by our fitters.

3. Conical cloths adapted to round outdoor cells. In this case a special roof can be fitted on the upper part of the cell to prevent wind loss.
